Class A Dedicated Driver - Home Weekly - CDL Graduates OK

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL Drivers for a Dedicated account running the Western 4 Regional out of Phoenix, AZ. This opportunity is open to recent CDL graduates starting their driving career as well as experienced drivers seeking consistent regional freight with weekly home time. Drivers on this account run lanes between Phoenix, Las Vegas, St. George, and Southern California, hauling 100% no-touch dry van freight with a high percentage of drop and hook.

Job Details

• Lanes: Phoenix to Las Vegas, and St. George to Southern California back to Phoenix
• 100% no-touch dry van freight, 80-90% drop and hook
• Weekly home time with at least a 34-hour reset
• One-day orientation in Phoenix, AZ
• Willingness to drive day or night shifts required
• Average of approximately 2,100 miles per week

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,100 to $1,300 per week
• Post-training pay of $0.43 to $0.57 per mile, or $0.50 to $0.71 per mile for experienced drivers based on years of experience
• $10 for the first stop and $15 for each additional stop
• Training pay of $800 per week for 4 to 6 weeks for drivers with under 6 months of experience
• Monthly safety bonus of up to $0.06 per mile
• Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school (120+ hours of training) or prior Class A CDL driving experience
• At least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years
• No DUIs within the past 5 years
• Stable work history with no major unexplained employment gaps
• Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair follicle drug screen
• Must reside within 70 miles of Phoenix, AZ
