Class A Driver

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class A Driver and Owner Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods via commercial trucks, adhering to all DOT regulations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and timely delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities

• Operate commercial trucks with a focus on safety and efficiency, following all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations.
• Drive manual transmission vehicles, demonstrating skill and precision in handling different road conditions.
• Transport goods over designated routes, ensuring timely and secure delivery to various locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure proper functioning and safety standards are met.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and other required documentation.
• Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures during daily operations.
• Pass drug tests as part of ongoing compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Proven experience in commercial truck driving, preferably with manual transmission vehicles.
• Thorough knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to operate manual transmission trucks proficiently.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and accident prevention.
• Ability to pass a drug test as required by company policy and regulatory standards.
• Excellent driving record with no recent violations or suspensions.
