Role Description This full-time, on-site Class A driver role is based in Fort Worth, TX. The driver is responsible for safely operating Class A trucks to deliver and pick up heavy equipment to and from customer sites, following all DOT regulations and company policies. Daily tasks include performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, securing loads, completing delivery documentation, and communicating with dispatch regarding routes, schedules, and any issues encountered. The driver will interact directly with customers, represent Paragon Pro Rentals professionally, and assist with basic equipment checks or placement as needed. The role may also involve coordinating with yard staff, maintaining a clean and organized vehicle, and supporting operational efficiency through timely and accurate deliveries.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong truck driving skills and experience safely operating commercial trucks.
• Candidates should possess a valid CDL Class A license and a clean driving record in compliance with DOT requirements.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills for coordinating with dispatch, team members, and customers.
• Candidates should possess customer service skills to interact professionally with clients during deliveries and pickups.
• Familiarity with load securement, basic vehicle maintenance checks, and safety procedures is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Fort Worth, TX, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing schedules and routes.
• Experience in construction or heavy equipment transport is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move equipment-related items as needed and comply with company safety standards.
