Class A CDL Local Driver – No-Touch Freight (Home Daily)

Location: Routes operating out of South Plainfield & Piscataway, NJ

Runs: Local warehouse-to-warehouse routes across NY, NYC, NJ, CT, and PA

Schedule: Monday through Friday (Saturdays are optional)

Shift Length: Average 10–14 hours per day

Job Responsibilities

• Safely transport freight between warehouse locations across NY, NYC, NJ, CT, MD, DE and PA.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and trip documentation.
• Navigate tight urban areas and major tri-state shipping corridors safely and professionally.

Job Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience driving Class A tractor-trailers.
• Equipment Proficiency: Must have proven experience handling trailers 45ft and above.
• Clean Record: Solid driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
• Comfort navigating routes into NYC and surrounding boroughs.

Pay & Benefits

• Average $1400.00-1700.00 per week
