Pay & Incentives

• Weekly Pay: $1,400–$1,550/week
• CPM Rate: 60–70 CPM
• CPM increases by 1 CPM annually, up to 10 years
• Annual Earnings: Approximately $72,000–$80,000
• Weekly Miles: Approximately 2,000–2,500

Home Time

• Home Weekly or Every 2 Weeks
• Day off typically includes Saturday or Sunday
• Day and Night shifts available
• Consistent scheduling based on freight availability

Freight & Routes

This regional CDL-A position is based in Mansfield, TX and operates throughout the South Central region. Drivers haul 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook freight with consistent loads and dependable miles.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL in good standing
• Entry-level drivers are welcome
• Minimum 3 months of CDL-A driving experience preferred
• Must be 21 or older
• Minor violations reviewed case by case
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer
• Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and delivery paperwork
• Deliver freight safely and on schedule
• Operate an automatic tractor with a 48'–53' trailer
• Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations
