Class Action Associate

The Work Justice Firm is looking for an attorney to join our firm's class/PAGA practice. We have a strong team of experienced class litigators and can train the right candidate. We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and room for growth. Remote work is available. This position is for someone with between 1 and 7 years of class/PAGA litigation experience.

Requirements:

• active CA bar license;

• strong academic credentials;

• experience litigating class/PAGA cases;

• effective negotiating skills in mediation and with defense counsel; and

• strong work ethic, professionalism and positive attitude
