Class Action Attorney

The Work Justice Firm is looking for an attorney to join our firm's class/PAGA practice. We have a strong team of experienced class litigators and can train the right candidate. Requirements:

• active CA bar license;

• strong academic credentials;

• experience litigating class/PAGA cases;

• effective negotiating skills in mediation and with defense counsel; and

• strong work ethic, professionalism and positive attitude
