Class Action Attorney - Remote

Position Title : Class Action Attorney

Take on sophisticated class action litigation without sacrificing the flexibility of a remote practice. A nationally established labor and employment law firm is seeking an experienced Virtual Office – Class Action Attorney to manage complex employment litigation, develop case strategy, and represent employers in high-stakes class and representative actions. This remote opportunity offers meaningful responsibility, collaboration with attorneys across the firm, and the ability to work on challenging matters for sophisticated clients.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned employment litigator with significant class action and wage and hour experience who can independently manage complex matters, think strategically, and deliver exceptional written and oral advocacy.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $222,000 / Year, DOE

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement litigation strategy for complex employment class and representative actions
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive legal work product
• Manage all phases of discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery
• Prepare for and conduct depositions and support matters through dispositive motions and trial preparation
• Represent clients at hearings, conferences and trials
• Supervise attorneys and other team members while coordinating effectively across practice groups
• Advise clients on employment law matters, workplace policies and related day-to-day issues

Requirements

• 7+ years of litigation experience with significant class action experience
• Strong experience defending employers in class and representative actions, particularly wage and hour matters
• Demonstrated experience handling litigation through discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, and trial preparation
• Experience with employment disputes involving discrimination, wrongful termination, restrictive covenants, and other workplace issues
• Active state bar admission
• Excellent academic credentials with strong writing, analytical, and litigation skills
• Law firm experience and California or Washington bar admission preferred
