What You’ll Drive

• Academic & Behavioural Support – Oversee the academic journey, well-being, and behavioural development of assigned students while supporting portfolio creation and student goal-setting.
• Parent Communication – Maintain proactive and transparent communication with parents about student progress, concerns, and achievements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with subject teachers and school staff to ensure consistent student support and smooth daily operations.
• Activity Supervision – Monitor student conduct during school events, extracurricular activities, clubs, and off-site programs.
• Guidance & Physical Education Assessment – Evaluate student participation and progress in guidance and PE activities in line with curriculum standards.
• Additional Duties – Support other student and parent-related activities and responsibilities as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• Have full working rights for Thailand with strong English proficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Education, with a major in Guidance and Counselling, Educational Psychology, or a related field.
• Experienced in student counselling or academic support roles, with expertise in advising high school students (ages 15–19) on academic, emotional, and life management issues.
• Ability to supervise students during activities, ensuring their safety and providing basic first aid.
• Understanding of evaluating physical education subjects and learning outcomes for guidance activities.
• Experience supporting high school students in academic, emotional, and personal development.
