Class B CDL Delivery Driver

Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Delivery Driver and become the vital link between our company and our valued customers! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering products to customers’ locations, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction. Your enthusiasm, organizational skills, and commitment to excellent customer service will drive success in this fast-paced environment. Along with doing deliveries you would help the team in the yard with orders and assisting customers, as well as picking up products from our vendors.

Duties

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products along assigned routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Manage delivery schedules efficiently, ensuring timely arrivals and pickups at multiple customer locations
• Engage with customers courteously, providing excellent service, answering questions, and upselling additional products or services when appropriate
• Verify delivery details, process payments or pricing adjustments accurately, and handle cash or electronic transactions responsibly
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections, perform heavy lifting of packages or merchandise as needed, and report any maintenance issues promptly
• Help the team fulfill orders and keep our inventory full
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude to foster strong customer relationships and promote brand loyalty

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) Class B or equivalent driving certification with a clean driving record
• Proven experience in commercial driving, route driving, or delivery services preferred
• Strong math skills for handling pricing adjustments, measurements, and inventory counts
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Ability to lift heavy packages repeatedly throughout the shift; physically fit for demanding tasks
• Forklift experience
• Prior military experience is a plus, demonstrating discipline, reliability, and strong work ethic
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques and upselling strategies is advantageous

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
