Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Class B CDL Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating Class B license Vac Trucks and Jetter Trucks, to perform essential industrial projects. This role requires adherence to safety protocols, proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), crew management, and efficient operation of specialized equipment to ensure the smooth functioning of our services.

Duties

• Operate Class B Vac and Combo Trucks in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform industrial cleaning projects at plants from DC to GA.
• Conduct cleaning, flushing, and jetting operations to maintain sewer lines, storm drains, or other specified infrastructure.
• Follow all safety procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), to minimize risk during operations.
• Maintain accurate logs of work performed, vehicle usage, and safety checks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and any safety concerns or equipment issues.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while operating vehicles on public roads or job sites.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating Vac Trucks, Jetter Trucks, or similar equipment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates.
• Ability to travel.
• Ability to manage a crew of 2-5 technicians.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and the use of PPE.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and working in confined spaces as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 55.0 per week
