Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods to designated locations on schedule.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and maintenance needs.
• Load and unload cargo carefully, ensuring items are secured and protected during transit.
• Maintain accurate logs of working hours, vehicle service, and delivery records.
• Communicate effectively with supervisor, customers, and team members to coordinate delivery details.
• Follow all transportation laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
• Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle defects promptly to management.

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver's license (Class B CDL), with air brake endorsement.
• A clean driving record with no recent violations or accidents.
• Proven experience as a professional driver in the transportation or trucking industry.
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws.
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and securing cargo.
• Excellent time management skills with a commitment to punctuality.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
• Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Home every night, no weekend work.

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 55.0 per week
