Epic Transportation is seeking 8 dependable, safety-focused, and professional Class B CDL Drivers to join our growing transportation team in San Diego.

We are looking for experienced drivers who take pride in providing safe, reliable, and courteous passenger transportation while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Candidates with backgrounds in school transportation, paratransit, shuttle services, or other passenger transportation are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

As an Epic Transportation driver, you will:

• Safely operate Class B commercial passenger vehicles.
• Transport passengers safely, comfortably, and on schedule.
• Provide courteous, professional, and attentive customer service.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle at all times.
• Comply with applicable DOT, DMV, and company safety regulations and policies.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and the operations team.
• Promptly report vehicle concerns, incidents, and safety issues.
• Maintain a calm, respectful, and professional environment for all passengers.
• Represent Epic Transportation professionally at every assignment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL.
• Valid Passenger (P) Endorsement.
• Safe and responsible driving record.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-service skills.
• Strong commitment to passenger safety.

Preferred Qualifications

• School Bus (S) Endorsement.
• SPAB experience or certification.
• School bus driving experience.
• Paratransit experience.
• Shuttle or passenger transportation experience.
• Previous commercial driving experience.
• Basic vehicle/mechanical knowledge.
• Bilingual communication skills.
