Class Mentor

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily class attendance, student records, and latecomer follow-ups.

• Mentor and motivate students to improve their academic performance.

• Interact individually with at least 5 students daily and maintain mentoring records.

• Coordinate exams, invigilation, OMR collection, and rank-list analysis.

• Monitor assignments, study materials, Track 2025 books, and topic updates.

• Coordinate with faculty members, including substitute arrangements, faculty feedback, and payroll preparation.

• Communicate with parents regarding attendance, fees, academic performance, meetings, and other concerns.

• Arrange and coordinate parent meetings with Directors.

• Share timetables, notifications, and doubt-clearance updates through WhatsApp groups.

• Coordinate fee collection and provide updates to the Accounts Department.

• Support students with library cards, books, ID-card details, and other requirements.

• Handle class coordination during faculty absence and break times.

• Assist sick students and coordinate hospital support when required.

• Support library and reception duties in the absence of assigned staff.

• Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience.

• Degree in any field; Science background is an advantage.

• Student handling and mentoring skills.

• Good organizational and follow-up skills.

• Basic computer and Google Sheets knowledge.

• Ability to coordinate with students, parents, and faculty.

• Responsible, patient, and proactive approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
