Classroom Assistant, Special Education

Overview

The assignments are part-time and may be up to 33.5 hours per week. The positions are at the elementary schools, middle school, and high school of Beverly Hills Unified School District. Responsibilities

1. Assists the Special Education teacher in the preparation of materials.

2. Tutor, reinforce and correct student work assignments.

3. Supervise students in special education and general education classroom.

4. Helps students relate to individuals and groups.

5. Other duties as may be assigned by classroom teacher.
