Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Classroom Assistant / Tutor with a valid US driver’s license and current IVP Fingerprint Security Clearance Card to join our dynamic educational team. In this role, you will support classroom instruction and provide personalized tutoring to students across various subjects. Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards across multiple subjects, including science, mathematics, ELA, and early childhood education (K8).
• Provide one-on-one, in-home tutoring sessions in the East Valley to support students’ understanding of core concepts such as math, science, writing, and reading.
• Adapt instructional methods to accommodate different learning styles and special education needs, ensuring all students are included and supported.
• Utilize learning technology and online instruction tools to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement.
• Support classroom management by maintaining a positive environment, encouraging student participation, and managing behavior effectively.
• Facilitate activities that promote social-emotional development and foster a love of learning among children of various ages.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
