Classroom Evaluator

About the role

Looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Classroom Evaluator to join the education team at PT. Indomobil Edukasi Utama in Jakarta. As a Classroom Evaluator, you will play a crucial role in assessing the effectiveness of our English programs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality instruction to our students.

What you'll be doing

• Observe and evaluate classroom activities, lesson plans, and teaching methodologies to identify areas for improvement
• Provide constructive feedback to teachers to enhance their teaching style
• Collaborate with the education team to develop and implement strategies for improving student engagement and learning outcomes
• Maintain detailed records of classroom observations and evaluations
• Contribute to the development and refinement of curriculum and educational resources

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in English Education or English Literature
• Fresh Graduates are welcome
• Teaching experience in English is preferable
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
• Excellent observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and collaborate effectively with teaching staff
• Proficient in data collection, analysis, and report writing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
