About This Role

Chroma Early Learning Academy at East Cobb is seeking a dedicated, flexible, and nurturing Classroom Floater to join our passionate team of educators. If you love working with children of all ages and thrive in a dynamic early childhood environment, we’d love to meet you!

As a Classroom Floater, you will support multiple classrooms and age groups throughout the day, stepping in to assist teachers, provide breaks, and help maintain a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment. Your adaptability and teamwork will play a vital role in ensuring consistent care and learning across our program.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities:

• Assist lead and assistant teachers in classrooms as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
• Support classroom routines, transitions, and supervision
• Help implement daily activities and learning experiences
• Follow licensing guidelines and center policies

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in a licensed childcare setting preferred
• Must be flexible, reliable, and team-oriented
• Ability to relate joyfully and sensitively to children
• Must meet all Georgia state licensing requirements, including background checks and health screenings
