Job Title: Classroom Instructor | Special Education | Make a Real Difference

Location: Tinley Park, IL
Job Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday
Reports to: Director of Teaching and Learning

What you’ll do

• Design individualized, project-based lessons that match each student’s IEP and goals
• Build a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom using proven practices like ABA and collaborative learning
• Track and celebrate academic and functional progress
• Use technology to differentiate instruction and keep students engaged
• Partner with therapists and service providers to shape strategies that work
• Join weekly planning meetings with a team that sharpens its craft together

Requirements

• Professional Educator License (PEL) with an LBS I endorsement and/or a Type 04, either obtained or currently in progress
