Job Description:

Role Overview

We are seeking a Claude AI Engineer with 6+ years of experience in applied AI/ML engineering to design, implement, and optimize enterprise applications powered by Anthropic’s Claude large language model. This role blends hands‑on engineering, solution architecture, and customer enablement, ensuring safe, scalable, and reliable adoption of Claude across business workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software development.
• Strong programming skills in Python (experience with APIs, data pipelines, automation).
• Hands‑on experience with Claude API, prompt engineering, retrieval frameworks, agent frameworks.
• Cloud expertise in AWS, GCP, or Azure for scalable deployments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

LLM Architecture & Integration

• Design Claude‑based solutions for enterprise workflows (retrieval frameworks, agent frameworks, API integrations).
• Guide architecture decisions for Claude adoption and integration into enterprise systems.
• Build evaluation frameworks, pilots, and proof‑of‑concepts to validate Claude’s capabilities.

Hands‑On Engineering

• Develop Python‑based pipelines, prompt engineering strategies, and Claude API integrations.
• Implement secure, scalable deployments on AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Optimize Claude workflows for performance, safety, and compliance.

Customer Enablement & Advisory

• Lead technical workshops and code reviews with client engineering teams.
• Translate business requirements into Claude‑powered applications.
• Document best practices and reusable patterns for LLM adoption.

Governance & Reliability

• Ensure Claude deployments meet Anthropic’s standards for safety, reliability, and interpretability.
• Implement role‑based access, monitoring, and governance frameworks.
