• Architect Claude Agent SDK–based agentic platform supporting Deep and Shallow Agents with extensive MCP tooling
• Designs reusable Claude Skills, Sub-Agents and MCP connectors, and packages capabilities for team-wide sharing
• Build greenfield Claude infrastructure on Azure & AWS — secure multi-tenant architecture, private networking, API gateways, CI/CD & observability
• Established Claude enterprise guardrails, AI governance, Responsible AI, AgentOps, content moderation & compliance controls
• Advanced agentic AI on Claude — multi-agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop, prompt governance & evaluation pipelines
• Hands-on with the full Claude build pattern — Skills encode the workflow, Sub-Agents execute & self-check, MCP provides governed data access
• Experience in delivered Claude-based agentic solutions for manufacturing clients across North America
• Establishes delivery capability & showcase demos, and coaches practitioners on effective Claude usage patterns
• Ability to work with multiple BU’ and enable Claude rollouts
