Cyber Doctrine is looking for a Claude Code practitioner to lead a small, hands-on online Build Lab.

The instructor will lead up to 5 participants through a 2-hour session where they build a project together using Claude Code. This is an interactive, hands-on workshop not a lecture or webinar.

Compensation

$100 per completed Build Lab ($50/hour).

Responsibilities

• Lead a 2-hour live online Build Lab
• Demonstrate Claude Code while participants build alongside you
• Guide participants and answer questions
• Troubleshoot issues in real time
• Keep the group on track and help participants complete the project

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Claude Code
• Experience building real projects with Claude Code
• Comfortable working in a terminal/development environment
• Able to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners
• Comfortable troubleshooting live
• Strong communication and teaching skills
• Provide an example of something you've built with Claude Code (GitHub, portfolio, demo, etc.)

A degree or certification is not required. Demonstrated ability matters more.

Training Process

If selected, Cyber Doctrine will provide the curriculum and project materials. You will:

• Review the project and curriculum
• Build through the project yourself
• Attend a brief instructor training/rehearsal
• Complete a mock session and receive feedback
• Lead the live Build Lab

We're looking for someone who can actually build with Claude Code, not simply someone who has experience teaching it.

Pay: $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 2.0 per week
