Claude Consultant (AI Systems & Process Improvement)

About the Role

Zibol is hiring a Claude Consultant on behalf of one of our clients, a growing industrial business. This is a large-scale project role focused on understanding exactly how the client's business runs day-to-day - and reverse-engineering that knowledge into accurate AI frameworks and prompts using Claude. This is a high-ownership role: you'll split your time between working hands-on with the client's team and reporting directly to their leadership, with accountability for outcomes across the entire project, not just task delivery.

What You'll Do

Discovery & Process Mapping

• Meet with the EA and every team member to understand how the business actually operates, step by step

Document current workflows, tools, and hand-off points across the business

• Identify where documented SOPs and real day-to-day practice diverge

Claude Setup & Prompt Engineering

• Reverse-engineer frameworks and prompts based on real business processes — not assumptions

Configure and test Claude so it accurately reflects how the business runs

• Continuously refine frameworks and prompts as processes evolve or gaps surface

SOP Adherence & Accountability

• Audit whether SOPs are being followed correctly across the team
• Identify "leaky buckets" - inefficiencies, breakdowns, or gaps in process - and fix them
• Own accountability for project outcomes, reporting progress directly to leadership

Team Upskilling

• Train and upskill the team on new or refined processes and how to work effectively with Claude
• Act as the go-to point of contact for process and Claude-related questions

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Split time between hands-on work with the client's team and aligning directly with their leadership on priorities and outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with Claude (or similar AI tools) and prompt engineering
• Comfortable interviewing stakeholders and translating what they say into documented, repeatable frameworks
• Naturally process-driven, with a sharp eye for inefficiency and root-cause thinking
• Confident holding a team accountable to new ways of working, without direct authority over them
• Experience with SOP documentation, systems consulting, or process/automation improvement
• Self-directed and comfortable owning a large, ambiguous project end-to-end, with clear reporting on outcomes
