Inside Sales – HVAC

Wolff Bros. Supply, Inc. is one of the largest independent Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC distributors in America. We are looking for an Inside Salesperson to add to our growing team at our Cleveland/Bedford location.

Work Week & Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.,

1 hour lunch break

No weekends

Pay: $22+ plus quarterly bonuses: accuracy, safety & performance

Requirements:

• Strong Customer service and communication skills
• Previous sales experience
• Knowledge of the Plumbing and HVAC industry
• Ability to read blueprints and do takeoffs helpful

Job Duties:

• Work to attain new customers
• Maintain assigned accounts and update related customer support files
• Call customers on regular basis
• Discuss sales activity with the Branch Manager
• Sell products to customer, process returns and credits
• Answer customer questions and process orders
• Assist customers to make correct selections
• Promote additional/alternate items to increase sales volume
• Promote and explain special promotions, Spiffs or programs
• Communicate with customers on account status
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines; purchasing notes, flyers, trade magazines.
• Attend product training seminars and required meetings
• Researches items or delivery dates by contacting reps, consulting catalogs, and other product literature
• Develop pricing quotes
• Provides additional support for customer orders
• Other duties as assigned
