We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Clean Lead to oversee and coordinate cleaning operations within our facilities. As a key leader in our custodial team, you will ensure that all spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety. Your role will involve supervising cleaning staff, managing sanitation protocols, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Lead, motivate, and support cleaning staff to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
• Ability to self manage your schedule, prioritize task, and work efficiently.
• Implement and oversee safety procedures in accordance with health regulations and safety regulations to protect staff and visitors.
• Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation practices.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning services, custodial work, or janitorial management with a focus on residential or commercial cleaning environments. This is not required but is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for effective managerial communication with team members and clients
• Knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management best practices.
• Ability to lead teams confidently while maintaining high standards of customer service within the facility.
• Experience with laundry services or hospitality housekeeping management is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
