Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Cleaner to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various HMO spaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of shared spaces, including kitchens,bathrooms , restrooms, and common spaces
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure effective sanitation
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain consistency
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
• Maintain a tidy storage area for cleaning equipment and materials
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during cleaning activities

Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Reliable transportation or proximity to the work site is advantageous
