Job Description

CleanNest Cleaning is a growing cleaning business looking for reliable, hardworking cleaners to help manage our Airbnb and holiday let properties across Bristol and Bath.

We're looking for people who take pride in their work, have a great eye for detail and are happy to work independently.

This is a flexible, self-employed opportunity, ideal for experienced cleaners looking for additional income or to build up their own cleaning work.

What the Role Involves

• Cleaning and preparing Airbnb properties between guest stays.
• Changing beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, vacuuming, mopping and ensuring properties are guest-ready.
• Taking used linen and towels away after each clean.
• Washing, drying and folding linen at home, ready for the next changeover.
• Providing your own cleaning products and equipment.
• Reporting any maintenance issues, damage or missing items.

Pay & Working Arrangements

• £50–£85 per property, depending on the size and cleaning requirements.
• Payment is a fixed fee per completed turnover, not an hourly rate.
• Each property's fee is agreed in advance and includes both cleaning and linen laundry.
• Property cleans take up to 4 hours on-site, with linen washing and preparation completed separately.
• Work is flexible and dependent on guest bookings, so the number of cleans may vary each week.
• You can accept jobs based on your availability, with agreed cleans completed within the required changeover window.
• No guaranteed minimum number of hours or bookings.

What We're Looking For

• Previous cleaning experience, preferably in Airbnb, holiday lets or domestic cleaning.
• Access to a washing machine and suitable drying facilities.
• Own cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Reliable transport to reach properties and carry linen.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Reliable communication and punctuality.
