Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of floors, surfaces, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
• Maintain cleanliness of all designated spaces according to established standards and schedules
• Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling procedures are followed
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and cleaning materials as needed
• Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly to management
• Use commercial cleaning equipment efficiently, including vacuums, mops, buffers, and steam cleaners

Requirements

• Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in commercial settings
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate loads, and stand for extended periods
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Reliable transportation is a plus but not mandatory
