We are looking for reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented Professional Cleaners to join our growing team. You will be responsible for delivering a consistently high standard of cleaning across commercial properties and client locations.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works efficiently, follows instructions carefully and understands the importance of maintaining clean, safe and professional environments for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Carry out thorough cleaning of commercial properties, including offices, communal areas, kitchens, toilets and other client spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust and sanitise surfaces to a high standard.
• Clean and maintain kitchens, washrooms, corridors, stairways and shared areas.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste safely and appropriately.
• Clean windows and other areas when required.
• Use cleaning products, materials and commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Replenish consumables such as toilet paper, hand soap and paper towels when required.
• Follow cleaning schedules, checklists and company procedures.
• Complete cleaning tasks within the required timeframe while maintaining quality standards.
• Report any damage, maintenance issues, shortages or concerns to the relevant supervisor.
• Work independently or as part of a team depending on the requirements of the property.
• Carry out additional or periodic deep-cleaning tasks when required.
• Maintain professional standards when working on client premises.

Requirements

• Previous commercial or professional cleaning experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of cleaning methods, products and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Reliable, punctual and able to complete scheduled shifts consistently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time-management and organisational skills.
• Able to follow instructions, cleaning schedules and health and safety procedures.
• Professional and respectful attitude when working at client properties.
• Good communication skills.
• Physically able to carry out cleaning duties, including standing, bending and moving cleaning equipment.
• A flexible approach to different cleaning environments and client requirements.
