Cleaner

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Cleaner to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that properties are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for performing daily cleaning tasks to create a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for residents, visitors, or staff.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning of residential or commercial properties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and kitchens.
• Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Adhere to the cleaning schedule and complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
• Restock supplies as needed to ensure continuous cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.

Skills

• Proven experience in property or general cleaning is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
• Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties efficiently.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures.
• Reliable with a positive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
