Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health standards across all areas.
• Conduct laundry tasks as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms.
• Maintain cleanliness of carpets through specialized cleaning methods such as vacuuming or steam cleaning.
• Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting or outdoor work with proper safety techniques.
• Manage time efficiently to complete daily cleaning schedules without compromising quality.
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding specific cleaning needs or requests, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles.
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and proper use of cleaning detergents and equipment.
• Ability to follow detailed cleaning and sanitation procedures accurately.
• Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy objects safely.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the workday.
• Customer service orientation with clear communication skills for client interactions.
• Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior spaces or outdoor fixtures.

Pay: $14.00 - $14.50 per hour
