About this role:

As a Southcare Cleaner, you will assist participants in their homes with domestic tasks as outlined in their care plan.  Duties may include;

• vacuuming and mopping
• cleaning bathrooms and toilet
• wiping down surfaces
• changing bed linen and assisting with laundry tasks
• removing rubbish and supporting safe hygiene practices

We are looking for permanent part-time cleaners who take pride in completing tasks to a high standard, who are respectful, reliable and professional.

Candidates must be able to work a minimum of three weekdays per week.

To be successful in this role you will;

• Demonstrate the ability to carry out the physical requirements of a cleaning position
• Must have a drivers licence and well-maintained vehicle with up-to-date car registration
• Demonstrated understanding of person-centered care and a willingness to work within Southcare's Values
• Police Clearance in line with the Aged Care Act
