Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces when applicable
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health and safety standards are met consistently
• Conduct floor cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet care using appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques
• Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items
• Use cleaning detergents effectively while adhering to safety guidelines for manual handling and chemical use
• Dust surfaces, clean windows, mirrors, and other fixtures to maintain a polished appearance
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests or concerns

Skills

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial or custodial roles preferred
• Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices
• Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting, outdoor work, and manual handling of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients
• Familiarity with cleaning products, detergents, and proper disposal methods for maintaining hygiene standards

Pay: $24.03 - $28.94 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
