Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Conduct detailed window cleaning using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure clear views and professional appearance.
• Operate various cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, floor buffers, and chemical sprayers safely and effectively.
• Handle laundry services when required, ensuring linens and uniforms are properly washed, folded, and stored.
• Maintain sanitation protocols by applying infection control procedures and using personal protective equipment (PPE) diligently.
• Manage chemical handling responsibly by following safety guidelines for storage, mixing, and disposal of cleaning agents.
• Assist with heavy lifting tasks involving cleaning supplies or equipment to prevent injury while ensuring thorough coverage of assigned areas.

Skills

• Proven janitorial or custodial experience with a strong understanding of commercial cleaning standards.
• Skilled in window cleaning, pressure washing, floor care, and sanitation techniques.
• Knowledge of chemical handling procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and moving supplies or equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on infection control and sanitation practices.
• Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients or building occupants when needed.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment operation and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
