Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and staff. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude, as you will interact with clients while performing your duties.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
• Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain an organised cleaning schedule to ensure all areas are cleaned regularly.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and inquiries professionally.
• Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
• A valid driving licence is desirable for travel between sites.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
