Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across designated areas
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, offices, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment
• Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively and safely to deliver high-quality results
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and consistently
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and cleaning products as needed
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment

Qualifications

• Proven custodial or cleaning experience, preferably in a residential setting
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and safety protocols
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers or carpet cleaners is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay: $17.60-$30.12 per hour

Expected hours: 6.0 – 10.0 per week
