Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across various Airbnb properties. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to creating a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff alike. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas whilst also completing tasks within designated timeframes.
• Clean and sanitise washrooms, kitchens, and other communal spaces to meet health and safety standards
• Change bedding: Strip used sheets and pillowcases, inspect the mattress, and fit fresh, smooth linen to ensure a hygienic and welcoming environment.
• Follow cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure all areas are maintained consistently
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning duties to management
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

What We're Looking For:

• Full UK Driving license (Essential)
• Must supply own basic cleaning materials & equipment
• Based in Hampshire, Ideally Basingstoke/ Tadley
• Proven experience in janitorial roles is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Experience with certain types of cleaning such as Airbnb Cleaning, Oven Cleaning or End-of-Tenancy Cleaning is advantageous
• Reliable with a professional attitude towards hygiene standards and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work.

What We Offer:

• £20 /hr
• 3 hour visits from 11am - 2pm
• 2 times per week minimum; strong possibility for more.
