Overview

We are looking for reliable, experienced cleaners who take pride in their work to join our team on a self-employed basis. You will help keep our clients’ homes and commercial spaces clean, fresh and welcoming, delivering a professional service with care and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning across homes, offices, commercial properties and shared spaces.
• Complete regular cleaning, deep cleaning and end-of-tenancy cleans according to each booking’s requirements.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep and mop floors, paying attention to corners, edges and easily missed areas.
• Thoroughly clean kitchens and bathrooms, including surfaces, sinks, toilets and fittings.
• Dispose of rubbish and recycling appropriately.
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and follow health and safety procedures.
• Check your work before finishing to ensure a consistently high standard.
• Communicate professionally with clients and the team, reporting any damage, maintenance issues or concerns promptly.
• Respect clients’ homes, belongings and privacy at all times.

Experience and Skills

• Previous cleaning experience is essential.
• Experience in deep cleaning and end-of-tenancy cleaning is desirable, but not needed.
• Strong attention to detail and a thorough approach to cleaning.
• Reliable, punctual and able to manage your time effectively.
• Able to understand cleaning instructions and communicate with clients and the team in English.
• A friendly, respectful attitude and good customer service skills.
• Comfortable working independently and alongside other cleaners when required.
• Able to travel reliably to agreed cleaning locations.
