If you are looking to get paid weekly, in cash, and with yearly raises this is the job for you! We are seeking a comitted and long term candidate. The canidate must be a detail-oriented cleaner to join our small family business. The schedule would be 2 days per week from 7:30pm to 3:30am (times may vary slightly). You must work a minimum of 2 days, and this is a year round position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in commercial environments. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Compensation is based on experience and will be discussed during the interview. (we also give a small bonus during the holidays)Serious inquiries only.

Duties

• Clean and maintain assigned areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Execute custodial responsibilities in various facilities.
• Carry out commercial cleaning tasks, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and presentable.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks to support overall operations.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

Skills

• Sufficient custodial skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
• Ability to perform commercial cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Basic understanding of facilities maintenance processes.
