Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires strong time management skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in designated areas.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools as necessary for maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Conduct commercial cleaning duties in various settings such as offices, schools, or healthcare facilities.
• Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning assignments within scheduled shifts.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Handle heavy lifting of equipment or materials when required during cleaning operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any cleaning needs or concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a vehicle confidently, as the role requires traveling to multiple work locations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety within the workplace.
