Cleaner

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including commercial spaces, hotels, and residential areas. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to ensure all areas are clean and presentable.
• Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and ready for use.
• Sanitate surfaces, restrooms, and common areas to maintain a healthy environment for clients and guests.
• Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and techniques to remove stains and maintain appearance.
• Execute floor care tasks such as stripping, waxing, and buffing floors to keep them in optimal condition.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and responding to requests promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety practices is a plus.
• Experience with hotel or residential cleaning is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
