We are looking for a reliable, experienced full-time cleaner to join our team at Clarence House, Newport. You will be responsible for maintaining a floor of 14 serviced apartments, ensuring each apartment is cleaned, prepared, and presented to an exceptional standard for arriving guests.

This role is ideal for someone with previous experience cleaning serviced apartments, Airbnb properties, holiday lets, or hotels.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare serviced apartments for guest check-ins and check-outs.

• Change bed linen and make beds to a high standard.

• Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.

• Replenish guest amenities and supplies.

• Report any maintenance issues or damaged items.

• Maintain consistently high housekeeping standards across all 14 apartments.

Requirements

• Previous experience in serviced apartment, Airbnb, hotel, or hospitality cleaning.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.

• Able to work independently and manage daily cleaning schedules.

• Right to work in the UK.
