Duties

• Handle waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently, ensuring bins are emptied regularly.
• Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively to achieve optimal results.
• Follow established safety procedures and quality standards during all cleaning activities.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold cleanliness standards.

Skills

• Proven custodial experience or prior work in commercial cleaning environments is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety protocols related to commercial spaces.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning of all areas.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service.
