Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene by disinfecting surfaces and ensuring all areas meet health and safety regulations.
• Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent cleanliness across all designated areas.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution.
• Use commercial cleaning techniques effectively to maximize efficiency while minimizing disruption to daily operations.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout shifts.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues clearly.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals and procedures is a plus.
