Job Description

Oasis Management Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain residential properties and commercial spaces occupied by businesses and professional offices. This position will perform routine cleaning and sanitation tasks to help ensure properties are clean, safe, and well-maintained. This position requires travel between different residential and commercial properties based on business and project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain residential and commercial properties, including common areas, offices, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces and flooring.
• Empty and properly dispose of trash and recycling.
• Clean and maintain kitchens, break rooms, restrooms, entrances, and other shared spaces.
• Perform cleaning following maintenance, repairs, renovations, or construction-related work.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
• Report maintenance issues, property damage, safety concerns, or other conditions requiring attention.
• Follow company procedures and applicable health and safety requirements.
• Interact professionally with residents, tenants, property managers, vendors, contractors, and visitors as needed.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and other property-related tasks as assigned.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, or property maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to safely use common cleaning products, equipment, and tools.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying.

Compensation

Pay Range: $16.00–$20.00 per hour

Bonus Opportunities: Additional bonus opportunities may be available based on performance, quality of work, productivity, and business needs.

The anticipated hourly rate will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, job-related skills, and business needs, consistent with applicable law.
