Cleaner

HIGH CALIBRE JANITORIAL INC is seeking a cleaner for our commercial janitorial company. No experience necessary. We will train. We have both full-time and part-time positions available. We have been in business for over 28 years and are currently experiencing rapid growth. there are opportunities for over-time available and day work for the right person.

• Hours are generally 4:30 pm till 12:30 am

• Shifts will begin by picking up necessary supplies and equipment at our office located in Langley

• Use of personal vehicle required with mileage reimbursement available (currently $0.45/km)

• All of our accounts are located in Langley, Port Kells area and Surrey

Duties Performed:

• Ensuring each site is clean, locked and armed when completed

• Dusting

• Sweeping and washing floors

• Cleaning bathrooms

• Cleaning mirrors

• Cleaning accessible windows

• Emptying garbage and recycling bins

Job Requirements

• Valid driver's license and have a car

• No criminal record

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills/leadership abilities

• Must be punctual

• Must be available weekends

• Must have reliable cell phone communication at all times
