Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks across various commercial areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Ensure trash is collected, disposed of properly, and recycling procedures are followed.
• Maintain cleaning schedules and document completed tasks for accountability.
• Address any spills or maintenance issues promptly to prevent hazards or disruptions.
• Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to create a safe working environment for all.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning duties are completed efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to maintaining a hygienic workspace.
