Position

We are looking for talented, motivated and passionate Front of House staff to join our team in delivering an exceptional customer experience and a mouth-watering food offering.

Front Of House Duties Include

• Taking responsibility for the customer journey, ensuring their experience is second to none
• Taking accurate orders and working closely with kitchen staff
• Ensuring payments and receipts are correct
• Confidently recommending menu and drinks offerings
• Observing service and standards and reporting any incidents or issues
• Being a supportive and proactive team member

Requirements We’re looking for a reliable, detail‑focused Housekeeping Team Member to help keep our venue clean, welcoming, and running smoothly. This is a part‑time role for 2 hours per day working 5 out of 7 days , ideal for someone who takes pride in high standards and enjoys working independently.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑presented environment across key areas of the venue
• Follow daily cleaning routines and ensure all tasks are completed within the 2‑hour window
• Support the wider team by keeping shared spaces tidy, stocked, and guest‑ready
• Identify any issues (maintenance, stock, safety) and report them promptly
• Work consistently to high standards, ensuring the venue looks its best every day

What We’re Looking For

• Someone reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
• Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively within short shifts
• A team‑minded approach — willing to support colleagues and contribute to a great working environment
