QUALIFICATION:

• 1-3 Years Shipyard Expereience
• Fluent in English

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean ship decks, work areas, passageways, engine-room access areas, and other assigned sections as required.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and sanitize floors, surfaces, equipment areas, and facilities.
• Collect and dispose of general waste, debris, and cleaning materials in accordance with shipyard procedures.
• Assist in cleaning areas after welding, fabrication, painting, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Remove dust, dirt, grease, oil residue, and other workplace contaminants using appropriate cleaning methods and materials.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas to support safe and efficient shipyard operations.
• Handle cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment safely and according to company procedures.
• Follow shipyard health, safety, environmental, and housekeeping requirements at all times.
• Use appropriate PPE and follow safety instructions when working in industrial and marine environments.
• Report spills, hazards, damaged equipment, unsafe conditions, or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Keep cleaning equipment, materials, and storage areas properly maintained and organized.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other workers to complete cleaning tasks according to daily work schedules.
• Perform deep-cleaning and emergency-cleaning duties when required.
• Carry out other housekeeping and cleaning duties assigned by the supervisor.
