Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces to uphold high cleanliness standards
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely to complete daily tasks
• Maintain cleanliness of trash receptacles and dispose of waste responsibly
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
• Follow health and safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for everyone
• Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines while remaining flexible to accommodate special requests or urgent cleaning needs

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as sweeping, mopping, lifting, and standing for extended periods
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures for safety compliance
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated shifts
